What if I don't want to setup an online profile?

Customers who pay via cash, physical check, direct debit (automatic) payments or phone payment do not need to create an online profile.  

Please note that e-mail bill delivery is now available.  A $2 paper billing fee per each utility account will be assessed.  This fee is temporarily waived for the June and July utility bills to allow customers time to set up paperless billing.  You may request e-mail delivery without creating an online profile by sending an e-mail to utilities@cogs.us or by calling 970-384-6455.
