Please Stay Safe while Biking

The trail currently has a much larger volume of users than normal (including the children in the walking school bus). Please slow down and be aware of pedestrians, cars, and other cyclists.

Remember
  • Wear a helmet!
  • Our trail system is for everyone. Please share.
  • Keep right and pass left. Say “passing left” or ring a bell to warn others that you’re overtaking.
  • If you’re standing still, step aside so others can pass.
  • Yield to slower trail users, and wait for a safe place to pass.
  • Travel at a safe speed – no more than 20mph.
  • Keep pets on a 6’ leash. This will keep them safe and out of the way of others.
