The Wellness Program

The City of Glenwood Springs offers employees a comprehensive Wellness Program that allows them to earn paid time off for participating in activities that work towards achieving and/or maintaining wellness. We made specific changes to the programs in 2016 to become more "outcomes driven" - meaning, we want our employees to be able to see the positive results and behavioral changes from the efforts made by participation.
